Description
Description
Anti-bacterial and anti-fungal
The combination of ingredients within Nutraotic Ear Essential Oil have been shown to have effective anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Nutraotic helps to naturally break down the wall of bacteria, supporting the effects of antibiotics.
Anti-inflammatory
Essential oils are widely used for their therapeutic properties, including their potential anti-inflammatory effects. Oils like lavender and chamomile contain compounds such as linalool and chamazulene that have been shown to reduce inflammation by inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
Ceruminolytic
The blend of ingredients within Nutraotic Ear Essential Oil help to soften and lift ear wax which can be gently wiped away.
Reduces ear odours
Odours are a common problem associated with fungal and bacterial build up. Essential oils can be used as natural deodorant to leave a pleasant odour when debris has been wiped away.
Calms and moisturises the ear canal
Grapeseed oil is light, non-greasy and quickly absorbed into skin. It is regularly used as a carrier for massage oil due to its texture and because it reduces friction with a long-lasting lubrication effect. When mixed with an oil commonly used, for example lavender, it will leave skin feeling soft and supple.

Maintains a balanced ear flora
Essential oils can help balance the ear flora by addressing bacterial and fungal overgrowth which can lead to ear infections.
Part of the VetSelect range

Nutraotic Ear Essential Oil is part of our VetSelect range, ensuring this product can only be purchased through a veterinary practice. As we know, essential oils can cause irritation and other side effects when dosed in high concentrations. We have carefully selected specific essential oils at inclusion levels well below concentrations which would cause concern. Therefore, Nutraotic Ear Essential Oil is safe for use, and it’s benefits are supported by a number of independent trials.
