Key ingredients
Grapeseed Oil
Grapeseed oil is chosen for its properties; it’s thin, non-greasy and quickly absorbed into skin. Regularly used as a carrier for massage oil due to its texture and that it reduces friction with a long-lasting lubrication effect. When mixed with a commonly used oil, for example lavender, it will leave skin feeling soft and supple.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon oil, derived from the bark of Cinnamomum species, possesses strong antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties due to its main active component, cinnamaldehyde. When applied topically, it can help in managing skin infections by inhibiting the growth of bacteria and fungi.
Oregano
Oregano oil is rich in carvacrol and thymol, compounds known for their potent antimicrobial activity.
Clove
Clove oil contains eugenol, a compound with significant analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. When applied topically, clove oil can provide relief from pain and discomfort due to its numbing effect.
